By accessing or using Mezbanly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Mezbanly connects hosts with verified private chefs for in-home dining experiences. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication but are not the employer of chefs on the platform. Chefs operate as independent culinary professionals.
All bookings are subject to chef availability and confirmation. Payment terms, including JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers, are communicated at checkout. A booking is confirmed only once payment is verified and the chef accepts your request.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund to cover planning and ingredient costs. Chef-initiated cancellations result in a full refund and concierge support for rebooking.
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate booking details, a suitable kitchen environment, and timely access for the chef. Any misrepresentation of venue conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
Mezbanly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
